We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to transform the cultural and generational norms that perpetuate interpersonal and structural violence against Black women. We aim to provide culturally-specific programming and initiatives in order to promote both personal and community healing.

We wholeheartedly believe that Black women need (and deserve) spaces intentionally designed for us. The complexity of our identities and the unique issues that we face require culturally-competent and community-led solutions. The historical use of a one-size-fits-all approach to change and liberation has most often left Black women overlooked and disconnected. Instead, we see our cultural and spiritual practices as tools for community-building and mobilizing rather than things to minimize in cross-racial encounters.
