Oshun's Garden becomes a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and continues programmatic development.

The initial Brunch sells out and becomes our signature event. Event discussions lead to the establishment of a Board of Directors for Oshun's Garden and informs our mission.

Our Founder returns to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and announces the inaugural Brunch in Oshun's Garden in an effort to increase Black women-centered spaces in the area.

Our Founder, with a budding passion for gender and cultural studies while in her sophomore year of college, begins a blog to write about Black womanhood, feminism, sexuality, and other related topics.
